Pinwheel Happy

This blanket was made for my second great niece! We are all very excited for another smart, spunky, gal running around during the holidays.  My niece wanted something quiet for her room salmon colors she said. So this is what I came up with for our new addition to the family. I love, love, love the fish from Heather Ross and the pink from Anna Maria Horner.  They both seem so happy together. This is my first pinwheel quilt.  After I saw a video on how to make them by taking a square and going around the edges then cutting it in half diagonally in both directions I was hooked.

On the swinging chair.
A little closer.
